Course-wise Entrance Examination & Counselling Process
Admissions to various programmes are conducted through national/state-level entrance examinations, centralized counselling, or merit-based admissions, depending upon the programme and prevailing government regulations.

| MDS | NEET-MDS | Admission is based on NEET-MDS rank through MCC Counselling (All India Quota) and UP State MDS Counselling conducted by DGME, Uttar Pradesh. |
| B.Pharm | CUET-UG /(as per current AKTU admission guidelines) | Admissions are conducted through CUET-UG (Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling) under Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. Vacant seats, if any, are filled as per university norms. |
| D.Pharm | JEECUP | Admission is granted on the basis of qualifying examination merit and according to Board of Technical Education (BTE), Uttar Pradesh and Pharmacy Council of India guidelines. |
| B.Sc. Nursing | Common Nursing Entrance Test (CNET) | Candidates qualifying CNET conducted by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), Uttar Pradesh participate in centralized online counselling for seat allotment. |
| GNM | UPGET / State Counselling (as notified) | Candidates qualifying UPGET conducted by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), Uttar Pradesh participate in centralized online counselling for seat allotment. Admissions are conducted according to the norms prescribed by the State Government, Uttar Pradesh Nursing Council, Indian Nursing Council, and competent authorities. |

| B.P.Ed. | University Entrance Test / Physical Fitness Test | Selection is based on university regulations, including written examination, physical fitness test, sports proficiency, interview (where applicable), and merit. |
| BTC (D.El.Ed.) | University Entrance Test / Physical Fitness Test | Admission is conducted through SCERT Uttar Pradesh Online Counselling based on qualifying examination merit and reservation policy. |
| ITI | Merit-Based / Direct | Admission is carried out through State ITI Online Counselling based on Class X merit and Directorate of Training & Employment guidelines. |

Step 3 – Application Submission
Submit the completed application form along with self-attested copies of the required documents.

- Graduation Mark Sheets (for Postgraduate Programmes)
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Character Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport-size Photographs
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable
- Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
- Entrance Examination Score Card (where applicable)
- Medical Fitness Certificate (for specified programmes)
Step 4 – Entrance Examination & Counselling
Candidates seeking admission through entrance examinations must:
- Qualify the prescribed entrance examination.
- Register on the respective counselling portal.
- Complete online choice filling and locking.
- Participate in centralized counselling.
- Receive seat allotment based on merit, reservation policy, and seat availability.
- Download the allotment letter.
- Report to Kalka Group of Institutions within the stipulated schedule.
For merit-based programmes, admissions are processed according to qualifying examination marks and government regulations.
Step 5 – Document Verification
The Admission Committee verifies all original documents and eligibility in accordance with the regulations of the concerned statutory councils and affiliating universities.

- Other concerned statutory and regulatory authorities
Step 6 – Fee Submission
After successful verification and seat confirmation, candidates are required to deposit the prescribed tuition fee and other applicable charges within the stipulated time. The institution offers multiple convenient payment options.
Step 7 – Admission Confirmation
Upon successful completion of all admission formalities, students receive:
